Today is day 1 of my new labor prep series! Labor and Delivery is one of the most physical events of your life and preparation can make the biggest difference. I've supported thousands of moms helping them have easier births where they cope they entire way through. Today we are focusing on mobility and strength as well as breathing strategies. Safe for all trimesters (it's never too early to start), but this is especially beneficial in 3rd trimester.
