PRUNING SEASON HAS BEGUN / WHAT TO LOOK FOR

Описание к видео PRUNING SEASON HAS BEGUN / WHAT TO LOOK FOR

The month of March = Pruning Season has begun. Time to wake up all those tools that have been languishing in the garden shed over the winter. Rather than dive straight in I always start my pruning season with a walk around the garden to assess what needs doing pruning wise. From tiny snips on recently planted bare root roses to more drastic pruning on more established plants and shrubs. Not forgetting to assess those shrubs like Spiraea and Forsythia normally pruned after flowering. And of course the tools of the pruning trade - those that are essential and those that just make life easier.
