Garlic Ginger Honey Recipe

Mason Jar with Lid--suggested container
4 Whole Bulbs of Peeled Garlic, separate each clove
3-4 Large Segments of Peeled Ginger, about two inches in length each
Add all segments/bulbs (cloves) into mason jar
Pour Honey to Cover ingredients in mason jar
Put on Lid, screw tightly
Store in Fridge for a minimum of 8 hours before use
Let Breathe every 8 hours (slightly unscrewing lid so gas from fermentation can escape)

Mixture will last for up to four months if stored in the fridge.

Good For: marinades, sauces, dips, spread on toast/biscuits or pour over fried chicken or grilled salmon

For allergies or sore throat: add to warm lemon water or take a spoonful straight.
