Chocolate Fudge Cookies Recipe (Amazing Cookies)

Chocolate Fudge Cookies

3 cups Flour
2 cups Sugar
1 box Chocolate Cake mix
1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
Pinch of Salt
2 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Vinegar
3 Eggs
1 cup 35% Cream
1 cup Canola Oil

Fudge
2 cups Sugar
3/4 cup Flour
1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
Pinch of Salt
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
2 cups Milk

Instructions;
Preheat oven to 385℉.
In a bowl add in all dry ingredients except baking soda and mix, add in the baking soda and all wet ingredients mix until dough is smooth. shape into desired balls and put on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. press dough balls down gently.
Bake for 15 minutes. remove from heat and let cool before adding filling.
While cookies are cooling prepare the fudge, In a saucepan put in dry ingredients and mix. Put in wet ingredients and bring to a boil, Reduce to medium heat and boil for 1 minute.
Let fudge cool until just warm, add to zip loc bag or to piping bag pip unto bottom of cookie and stick together with another cookie.
Cool in a freezer and then drizzle half the cookie with white chocolate.
