Pull-Apart Chocolate Bread Rolls!
Warm, delicious-smelling bread holds the aroma of love within it— and all the more with chocolate! Bread and chocolate are a combination you cannot go wrong with 😋. For the chocolate filling, you can use the recipe or make some chocolate ganache with semi-sweet chocolate and cream, or (for whatever reason) you can also use Nutella spread. It’s super, super good anyway :)

Ingredients:

For the bread:
180 ml or 3/4th Cup Water
2 Tablespoons granulated Sugar
1 teaspoon Instant Yeast (I use a brand called Josef Marc)
2 Tablespoons Salted Butter
300 grams or 2 & 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1 teaspoon Salt

For the filling:
1 Tablespoon Salted Butter
1/2 Cup or 120ml Fresh Cream
2 Tablespoons Sugar (or as preferred)
3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
2 pinches of Salt
Nuts (optional; I used roasted pistachios)
