If it's time to change your plugs, or you have decided to upgrade like I did, this is a change you can easily do yourself with a few simple tools and some time.

There is no reason why you can't do this work, and save the shop time for something more serious.

Also, make sure to check out the proper plug gap for YOUR car and your specific tune, as they recommendations can vary wildly.

Required parts and tools:
NGK 97506 spark plugs (6) (gapped 0.022 in my case for my tune)

6mm, 10mm, 13mm, 16mm sockets and wrench
E10, E12, E14 reverse torx sockets
12inch extension and wobble
Torque wrench

Torque values
Plugs - 23nm
CF strut bar - 28nm
E12 bolts - 28nm
E14 bolts - 34nm
16mm bolts - 56nm
