Chordplay - The Chords Of Bad Company

Описание к видео Chordplay - The Chords Of Bad Company

Here's the next episode of Chordplay with The Chords Of Bad Company. Bad Company formed in England in 1973 and were immensely popular during the 1970s and beyond. Guitar legend Mick Ralphs gave the group a signature feel, sound, and energy with his guitar playing, which can be heard developing in his previous group Mott The Hoople, who famously worked with David Bowie and Mick Ronson (the guitar legend from Bowie's band) in the late 1960s and early 1970s.

This lesson takes a look at several classic chord-based moments from Mick and his stellar work with Bad Company, including 1970s hits like 'Can't Get Enough,' 'Shooting Star,' and 'Good Lovin' Gone Bad,' not to mention some of Bad Company's hits from the following decade when the late-great Brian Howe was the vocalist/frontman of the group, and targets ideas from songs such as 'Holy Water' and 'How About That' from their 1980s-era.

There are plenty of interesting rhythms, unique chords, and classic moves in this lesson to explore and experiment with, not to mention taking a brief look tackling Mick's unusual open tunings - which can be heard on classics such as 'Can't Get Enough' and 'Movin' On' (to name a few).
