A Calif. Zephyr in Ft. Morgan on 20JULY2024

This morning's California Zephyr #5 made its station stop in Fort Morgan at 0633 MDT (48 min. late here but listed as on time into Denver). Powered by P42s #157 & #148, the 8-car train stopped with car 7 to the station platform for passenger service to 4 departing passengers and then for 2 new fares.
With the station work safely completed, the high ball was given and on a clear signal into a restricted speed zone, the Zephyr rolled west toward Denver and Union Station there as its next stop in the trek to Emeryville by the bay.
