(My 6-8 months post break experiences) In July 2021 I had a silly accident (video included!) which resulted in a displaced avulsion fracture of my fifth (5th) metatarsal. I did a lot of research throughout and wanted to share my own learnings to help others who may be unfortunately in the same position.
