Are you ready for a steel club workout! Here is a ~25 minute full body steel club workout by Coach Mike Pastor. All you need for this workout is one steel club.

If you are wondering what weight steel club, this is going to depend on your strength & conditioning, but we recommend using a steel club that weighs 15-25lbs for this workout.

Below are the workout details...

25 MINUTE STEEL CLUB WORKOUT

Equipment: 1 Steel Club
Goal: Total Body Strength & Conditioning
Time: 26.5 Minutes

Workout Format:
- 3 groups of exercises
- 3 rounds for each group
- Rest only between rounds (1-1.5 minutes rest)
- You will complete one group of exercises for 3 rounds before moving to the next

Group 1:
- Swing Squat x 10 reps
- Turn the Corner x 6 reps (left)
- Turn the Corner x 6 reps (right)

Group 2:
- Lunge to T-Spine Rotations x 10 reps (5 each side)
- Back Circle to Front Pendulum x 5 reps (left)
- Back Circle to Front Pendulum x 5 reps (right)

Group 3:
- Loaded Technical Stand Up x 5 reps each side
- Plank Pull Through x 10 reps

Be sure to warm up before you start!
