Sharing with you my personal Gut Health journey to hopefully shed some light, and also give you the motivation to start your own journey if this is something you struggle with.

For many years I was going back and forth with doctors trying to get answers, knowing something wasn't right and that I shouldn't feel the way I was feeling. Constantly being shut down, I felt hopeless in that this would be my experience forever.

I started working with my Naturopath - Jordyn at The Health Refinery
and we were able to truly start to understand what was happening in my gut, take steps in the right direction to manage my symptoms so it didn't control my life the way it had been, start to really turn it around and make immense progress. We are not at the end of this journey just yet, and I know there is still a long way to go however I am so grateful I kept searching for answers and was able to find someone that took the time to truly listen and help me start the journey of healing and learn more about my body and what it needs to thrive.

I truly hope by me sharing my journey it may help some of you feel less alone, and trust that you too can find answers and start your own healing journey.
