Hockey Skills: the Crossover Shot

Shooting out of a crossover is an advanced, but important kind of shot to learn in hockey.
It comes off the stick a lot more unexpected than a regular two-footed wrist shot; this can catch the goaltender off-guard and have the puck blow past him or her before they are set.

I break down the movement step by step to make it easier to learn, and then show you some situations here you can use the crossover shot in a game!
