春卷又称为薄饼(Popiah)是以薄面皮,捲上馅料,再放入热油中炸至酥脆的传统小吃。春卷做起来其实非常简单,把春卷面平摊着,包入炒好的馅料就可以了。

沙葛内馅材料:
1粒 沙葛 切丝(约400g)
1 条 红萝卜 切丝(约120g)
3朵 冬菇 切丝


沙葛内馅调味料:
1 汤匙 素蚝油
1/2 茶匙 盐
少许 胡椒粉
少许 素冬菇粉/素调味

收口:
1汤匙木薯粉
2汤匙 清水

1包 春卷皮

做法:
1.拿一片春卷皮,裹入沙葛馅,卷起。
2.涂上木薯粉水,收口。
3.烧热油,中火炸至金黄色,捞起,沥干油,即可享用了。

Fried Vegetarian Spring Roll

Spring rolls, also known as popiah (popiah), are traditional snacks made of thin dough, rolled with fillings, and fried in hot oil until crispy. The spring rolls are actually very simple to make. Spread the spring roll noodles flat and wrap them in the fried fillings.

Yam Bean filling Ingredients:
1 Yam Bean, shredded (about 400g)
1 carrot, shredded (about 120g)
3 shiitake mushrooms shredded


Yam Bean filling seasoning:
1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
A pinch of pepper
A little vegetarian mushroom powder/vegetable seasoning

Closing:
1 tablespoon tapioca flour
2 tablespoons water

1 package spring roll wrappers (small )

practice:
1. Take a piece of spring roll wrapper, wrap it with Yam Bean filling, and roll it up.
2. Coat the tapioca powder with water and close it.
3. Heat the oil, fry on medium heat until golden brown, remove, drain the oil, and enjoy.
