今天傻大姐教大家做素的螺旋咖哩角。黄金色的酥皮,满满的咖喱馅料, 脆脆的千层螺旋,冷却后的咖哩角依然很酥脆!非常好吃!

分量:12粒 素 螺旋咖哩卜


材料(馅料):
250克 马铃薯 (切丁,蒸10分钟至熟)
2 汤匙 咖喱粉 (Babas)
1/2 茶匙 辣椒粉 (各人喜好)
1汤匙 素蚝油
1/2茶匙 盐
2茶匙 糖


材料(皮料):

水皮/水面团:
175克 中筋面粉
15克 植物黄油 (Margerin/daisy)
1/4茶匙 盐
1茶匙 糖
30毫升 玉米油
60毫升 冷水(慢慢加,加到揉搓软硬适中的面团)

油皮/油面团:
50克 中筋面粉
20毫升 玉米油

Ingredients (filling):
250g potatoes (diced and steamed for 10 minutes until cooked)
2 tbsp curry powder (Babas)
1/2 tsp chili powder (optional)
1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tsp sugar


Ingredients (Skin):

Water dough:
175g all purpose flour
15g vegetable butter (Margerin/daisy)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tsp sugar
30ml corn oil
60ml cold water (add slowly until the dough is soft and firm)

Oil dough:
50 g all purpose flour
20ml corn oil
