1/2 cup oil
2 onions
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp crushed black peppers
1 tsp salt (or to your taste)
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin powder roasted
1 tbsp tomato purée
1 fresh tomato make paste
2 tbsp yoghurt
12-14 cashew nuts paste
5-6 green chillis
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp dry methi (fenugreek leaves)
Some fresh coriander
