Birds Nest Soup UNIQUE STREET FOOD IN HAT YAI (Grilled Chicken Feet + Bitter Gourd Noodles)

Of all the reasons to name Hat Yai as the "coolest town in all of Thailand," the amazing street food you will enjoy here is DEFINITELY going to rank highly on the list!

Li and I have had a blast here, and we're only a few days in to our week-long visit to Hat Yai!

This is the largest town in Southern Thailand, and a place just jam-packed with adventure. Something I immediately love about Hat Yai is how you can walk down pretty much any street in town and find food vendors selling meals from China, maybe Malaysia, Muslim families are selling Halal food and of course Southern Thai families are selling Thai local food as well!

Its a melting pot of deliciousness (and boy is it hot here as well!), and I couldn't be happier to welcome you to several weeks of hanging out with us in the South (we're in Hat Yai for a week, Phuket for a week, and Surat Thani for a week as well).
