In order to avoid stepping on the mud on rainy days and to be safer, I decided to build a stone staircase. With the help of my family, those heavy stones were able to return to their rightful place. Climbing up the stone stairs made me feel the strength of perseverance. Strength and fulfillment.

The weather is slowly getting warmer, and the season for eating pineapples has arrived. I want to eat something appetizing after the busy work, and I thought of pineapple and egg fried rice.

天氣慢慢熱了起來，吃鳳梨的季節也到了，忙碌結束後想吃些開胃的，想到了鳳梨蛋炒飯。
鳳梨炒飯是東南亞地區的美食，鳳梨的酸甜口感與炒飯的鹹鮮味道相得益彰，米飯粒粒分明，口感十足，加上火腿，豌豆等配料，色香味俱全，令人回味無窮。
