SNEV Characterization Series: From RT-qPCR to small-RNA Sequencing for microRNA Biomarker Discovery

Описание к видео SNEV Characterization Series: From RT-qPCR to small-RNA Sequencing for microRNA Biomarker Discovery

Prof. Dr. Michael W. Pfaffl from the Technical University of Munich – Germany, addresses RNA-sequencing and EV biomarkers in molecular diagnostics, focusing on MIQE guidelines.

The Minimum Information for Publication of Quantitative Real-Time PCR Experiments (MIQE) guidelines
were established 2009 and describe the minimum information necessary for evaluating qPCR and RT-qPCR
experiments. MIQE is a set of guidelines and target the reliability of results to help ensure the integrity of the
scientific literature, promote consistency between laboratories, and increase experimental transparency.
MIQE was well received and is cited today more than 16.000 times in the scientific community all over the
world, in any kind of molecular biology laboratory including scientific research and clinical molecular
diagnostics.

This talk is essential viewing for anyone interested in the future of EV biology and therapy. If you are a researcher, engineer, or student working in the field of EVs, then you will not want to miss this opportunity to learn about the latest innovations in EV characterization.
