The jcm800 and jcm900 are two distinct product limes form Marshall Amplification. Or are they? When debating the features of these two product lines there is often an important distinction that is ignored. The Marshall 2203 is a popular version of this amp and has been reissued with some modern appointments of ths lead series guitar amp. The Marshall jcm 900 is often given a rough ride. Often for the wrong reasons. The Marshall jcm 900 high gain dual reverb 50 watt amp is a fixture in my home studio and delivers some great tones. My jcm 900 is modified, I discuss this modification and compare it to the Marshall 2203 reissue.
