deciding to start over & reinvent yourself

thinking out loud bc im in the thick of it

as im about to turn 25 in the next few weeks, ive been heavily thinking about where i want my life to go and who i want in every aspect of my life (career, personal, self etc.) basically a quarter life crisis lol --

although ive been journaling and talking to my therapist about it, i felt like we should have this moment bc the world makes it so easy for us to feel inadequate or we haven't done enough when in reality you should be asking yourself -- when was the last time i acknowledged all my past accomplishments? and then use that internal insight to help guide your steps forward.
