This 30-Minute Full Body workout will have those inner thighs shaking! You will notice a little extra emphasize on inner thigh stamina as we work through some kneeling open/close sequences and some staggered kneel stability work. The ring will intensify things a bit, but also help to keep form and alignment on point. Let’s hit it!
