Living through a global health crisis is a new and trying experience for most, and some who have never experienced serious mental health issues may wonder if and when they need to seek help. Psychiatrist Dr. Jessi Gold of Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis assured that “it’s okay to always ask for help,” and that no one is going to turn you away for not having enough symptoms. Gold spoke with PBS NewsHour's Amna Nawaz about how to cope with mental health concerns during this pandemic.
