Welcome to GrowCookPreserve. I'm Kelly and I grow in SW Ohio, Zone 6b. Growing herbs is one of the easiest ways to add fresh, homegrown flavor to your kitchen, but what happens when the growing season ends? In this video, I take you through the process of harvesting, drying, and preserving my favorite garden herbs—from summer’s abundance to a cold-weather pantry staple.
