Participating in a fitness event where personal goals are challenged is a blessing. Witnessing the determination of motivated individuals as they demonstrated their strength in spirit, mind, and body was an incredible experience. Participating in this year's GetFitSA Pride Hike and Run was a privilege.

I ran this 5K with my Insta360 Go3 attached to an Insta360 pendant. My personal challenge was to run a 5K in 19:45 or better. I overlayed the video with my Garmin running data using Garmin VIRB Edit and further edited the footage using Filmora.
