Cabbage & Osteoarthritis

Today’s video is about osteoarthritis which is nothing but your bones getting dissipated due to age factors and it is quite common nowadays especially above the age of 50. 7 out of 10 are someway getting affected due to osteoarthritis.
Though I have posted many videos about the same in the past, I wanted to bring it to your notice about a recent finding.
There is one veggie which can help you get rid of the problem. Try to add at least one serving of cabbage once in every two days. Cabbages can reduce the chances of osteoarthritis greatly.
For those who have been affected due to genetic osteoarthritis, or it may be due to accidents or due to old age, cabbage is an important food that you should consider.
The earlier you start eating cabbage, the more you can avoid osteoarthritis. If you already have osteoarthritis, cabbage can reduce the effects considerably. Although you cannot completely get rid of the situation, but you can greatly reduce the impact to an extent.
