Catch and Cook: Opaleye Ceviche

Great dive along the Cabrillo breakwall with Cesar and Dan.

If you watched the last video, I lost my go pro so I was unable to get any underwater footage. 😞

However, the dive was awesome despite being massively sea sick in the second half of the dive and losing a beautiful 20+ inch calico to the kelp bed. Thank you to the Spearo who exited the water at the same time with the huge catch of fish that recommended diving right after the calico immediately since that is what they do often! That will definitely be useful in the future!

I did end the dive with a decent opaleye and I was able to make my next new catch and cook recipe…ceviche.
