‪@DrRupeshAmaleAyurveda‬ Diet planning is also required for Weight gain Purpose. Ideally to gain weight one must consume nutritious food on time and at the same time frequent basis.

Healthy Breakfast (7.30 to 9 am)
One must have healthy breakfast in terms of Wheat Roti and Vegetables. This type of breakfast is ideal to start a day with.

Morning Snacks (11 am)
one must take any form of Sweet at 11 am . It helps to built Digestive power in body.

Lunch (1 to 2 pm)
One must have proper lunch in the form of Roti, Daal, Bhaji and Rice. After that Drinking 1 glass of Butter milk helps to develop Healthy Gut Flora.

Evening Snacks(5 to 7 PM)
One must consume Vegetable soup at This time. It works as a Digestive Appetioser .

Dinner (9 to 10 PM)
One must have dinner with very Light portion Size.
