Mocha Cupcakes

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups All purpose flour
2 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Coffee
1 Tbsp Cocoa powder
1 cup White sugar
1/2 cup Canola oil
2 Large eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Evaporated milk
1 Tbsp Vinegar

Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F for 18 to 20 minutes.

Mocha Frosting
3/4 cup Whippit, Whipping cream
4 Tbsp Cold milk
2 tsp Coffee
Drizzle with Caramel sauce

Yield: 13 Cupcakes , 3oz
