(Pumpkin Sago & Coconut Milk Double Layers Kuih)

Cara membuat Kuih Talam Labu Sago.

Ingredients 材料:
▶️ Pumpkin Layer (金瓜层)
- tapioca flour 木薯粉 110g
- plain flour 普通面粉 40g
- caster sugar 细砂糖 135g
- salt 盐 1/4 tsp
- thick coconut milk 浓椰浆 200ml
- water 清水 50ml
- mashed pumpkin 金瓜泥 250g
- sago 西米/沙谷粒 45g
(soaked in water for 30 minutes and drain 水中浸泡30分钟后去水)

Steam for 30 minutes over medium heat. 中火蒸三十分钟。

▶️ White Layer (白色层)
- rice flour 粘米粉 50g
- tapioca flour 木薯粉 50g
- caster sugar 细砂糖 40g
- salt 盐 1/2 tsp
- water 清水 150ml
- thick coconut milk 浓椰浆 200ml

Cook until thick over low heat. Pour onto pumpkin layer and steam for 15 minutes over medium heat.
小火煮至浓稠。倒在金瓜层上再以中火蒸十五分钟。
