Masala Ghee Rice (serves 4-5)

Ingredients:
oil
5-6 sliced sausages
1 tsp cumin
250g diced onion
1/4 tsp salt
1-2 green chili chopped
curry leaves
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp crushed chili
1 medium (100g) sliced tomato
1 tbsp tomato paste
-3 tbsp tomato ketchup
1/4 (1/2 cup) chopped capsicum
water
1/4 tsp salt (as rq)
5 glasses of cooked ghee rice
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp crushed peppe
1/4 cup coriander leaves
1-2 tbsp lemon juice

Procedure:
1. In a pot, add some oil and 5-6 sliced sausages. Fry.
2. Remove and keep it aside.
3. Add 1 tsp cumin, 250g diced onion, and 1/4 tsp salt. Fry.
4. Add 1-2 green chili chopped and curry leaves. Fry.
5. Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp crushed chili. Fry.
6. Add 1 medium (100g) sliced tomato. Fry.
7. Cover and cook until it becomes soft.
8. Add 1 tbsp tomato paste, 2-3 tbsp tomato ketchup, and 1/4 (1/2 cup) chopped capsicum. Fry.
9. Cover and cook it for 2-3 mins.
10. Add a little water and 1/4 tsp salt (as rq). Fry.
11. Add fried sausages. Mix.
12. Add 5 glasses of cooked ghee rice and mix.
13. Cover and cook it for 2-3 mins.
14. Add 1 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp crushed pepper, and 1/4 cup coriander leaves. Mix.
15. Cover and cook it for 2-3 mins.
16. Add 1-2 tbsp lemon juice

17. Cover and cook it for 2-3 mins.
18. It's done!
