How to find Quadratic polynomial when
i) zeroes are given
ii) sum and product of the zeroes are given

If α and β are the zeroes of a quadratic polynomial p(x), then
(x – α) and (x – β) are the factors of p(x).
So, p(x) can be written as,
p(x) = k (x-α)(x-β) ( k is a constant)
= k (x2- xβ – αx + αβ )
= k [x2 – (α + β)x + α.β]

The Quadratic polynomial with the given zeroes α and β is
k [x2 – (α + β)x + α.β]
