Ectopic Pregnancy (Doppler) || Ultrasound || Case 125

Clinical Features:
A young married female patient came with
Amenorrhoea for 1.5 months.
Severe lower abdominal pain, more on the right for 1 day.
Painful micturition & defecation for 1 day.


Ultrasound Features:
An irregular heterogeneous complex area with two internal irregular anechoic cystic areas is noted at the right adnexal region.
Color Doppler shows significant internal vascularity.
One cystic area with surrounding prominent echogenic rim shows adjacent low resistant resistant flow (RI: 0.35) of ovarian arterial origin.
Pelvic collection with fibrinous septations.
Apparently a normal uterus.
