Homestead Implements Brush Guard for Kubota MX5400

Today a few minutes are taken to add a bit of bling as well as purpose to the new Kubota MX5400. A Homestead Implements brush guard was gifted to me recently as quite the unexpected surprise. The gift is from a viewer, friend and relative and greatly appreciated.
Common knowledge among owners of new tractors of all brands is how expensive repair components are for their machines. The hoods and grills can easily be damaged while moving brush or materials and a deluxe brush guard will minimize that potential.
Installation from start to finish took just at an hour, the hardest part being accurately drilling the mounting holes. Fortunately the use of a transfer punch guides the pilot bit exactly where the holes need to be. Unfortunately the tight area makes it a bit difficult to hold the drill easily. But no matter, the end result was very easy to obtain and very much worth the slight inconvenience.
