This is a Shimano Triton Stardrag GT4, boat multiplier.
It came in with a job lot of reels, and was in pretty rough looking condition.
However the mechanicals and cases of these quality products are pretty hard wearing. Hence a full strip down and deep clean of the reel inside and out was well worth doing, as rarely are replacement parts needed. Which is just as well as Shimano are about the world's worst for after sales and parts service.
The reel was filled with backing and new 30lb braid, ready to fish and is now up for sale in my shop.
