Saturday the 20th July, running the Lincoln parkrun
236th parkrun and 2nd at Lincoln parkrun

Back Lincoln parkrun for the 2nd time, considerably dryer and significantly warmer than last time, made conditions challenging.
Very tired legs, very hot morning and head not really in it, resulted in a sub par parkrun effort, but managed to get 9th.

Official finishing time of 20:30
9th placed finisher out of 328 and 1st in the 40-44 age group
