How to make Namul x3 〜ナムル三種〜 | easy Japanese home cooking recipe

In this video, I am showing how to make three types of Namul. Namul is a typical Korean side dish, which is also very popular in Japanese households. In this video I am making Namul with Spinach, Carrot and Bean sprouts. Namul can be made with most other vegetables. All three recipes are also strictly vegan.
Namul serves as perfect side dish for any japanese food as well as for Bento.

In my Channel, I show step by step of alternative but authentic Japanese home cooking, which can be made with the ingredients that are easily available outside of Japan.

Ingredients for 3 types of Namul
Spinach Namul:
Spinach 100 g
Garlic (optional) 1 clove
Soy sauce 2 Tsp
Sesame oil 2-3 Tsp
Sesame seads 1-2 Tsp
Chilli (optional) 1/4 - 1/2 Tsp

Carrot Namul:
Carrot 1
Garlic (optional) 1 clove
Salt 1/4 Tsp
Sesame oil 2-3 Tsp
Sesame seads 1-2 Tsp
Chilli (optional) 1/4 - 1/2 Tsp

Bean sprouts Namul:
Bean sprouts 200 g
Garlic (optional) 1 clove
Soy sauce 2 Tsp
Sesame oil 2-3 Tsp
Sesame seads 1-2 Tsp
Chilli (optional) 1/4 - 1/2 Tsp
