Back to Basics or Best Black? Let's look at Cross Black!

I didn't use a black fountain pen ink for literal years, and then I found a really good black ink. And another. And then this one. Is it my favorite? Should it be your favorite? Watch and see! Cross inks aren't talked about all that often, and they really should be. Every one of them that I've used has been excellent. Don't overlook them!
