The UNICEF rapid qualitative assessment in February 2024 found that survivors of cholera and families of the deceased faced significant financial and physical barriers. In response, ‪@UNICEF‬ collaborated with the Ministry of Community Development and Social Services, using UNICEF funds through the In-Kind Support Initiative, to provide financial assistance to vulnerable households and individuals affected by the cholera outbreak.
