Mango Pudding is a delicious pudding made of fresh mangoes and bursting with mango flavour. It has no agar agar, no gelatin, no egg and no cream or condensed milk and is very easy to prepare. It is a must try for all mango lovers.

Ingredients:
400 g mango pulp (3 medium mangoes)
1 + 1/4 cup milk
60 g sugar (or as per taste)
50 g vanilla custard powder
Pinch of salt
1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
