SLEEPING in a CAMPERVAN by the TRAIN TRACKS (+ VAN LIFE GETS WET!)

This week, we travel in our little campervan home to a lakeside town surrounded by 3 countries, and find a vanlife park up that is both a blessing but questionable at the same time! However, we aren't going to knock a free (and allowed!) place to sleep for the night. We explore Lindau on Lake Constance, and deal with constant rain that puts the brakes on our visit. Rain seems to be a theme this summer - it was a bit like being home in the UK! Get the umbrellas out, people. Still, we've been very lucky to travel and explore Germany with some glorious weather on this trip, so you've gotta take the good with the bad, and with park ups like this, it's a reminder that vanlife is never the same on any one day.
