Guddu Pulusu Preparation:

To boil Eggs:

Water
Salt – 1 tsp

To fry Boiled Eggs:

Oil – 2 tbsp
Boiled Eggs
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Salt

Tamarind juice: 👉 Tamarind – 1 Big Indian lemon size

Preparation of Guddu Pulusu:
👇
Oil – 1 cup
Cloves – 5
Cinnamon – 1 inch
Bay leaves – 2
Chopped onions – 250gms (3 medium size)
Chopped green chillies – 8
Curry leaves – half cup
Ginger & Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Chopped tomatoes – 150gms (2 medium size)
Salt
Red chilli powder – 2 tbsp.
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Fried boiled eggs
Tamarind juice
Water – 200ml
Coriander leaves – half cup
