Makes 3, 120mL cups

Pudding:
- 7g gelatin powder
-50g water

- 6g matcha powder
- 30g water
- 200g milk (I used skim milk)
- 20g agave syrup (or sugar)
- 70g whipping/heavy cream

Topping:
- azuki (sweet red bean paste)
- ice cream
- cereal

*you may adjust matcha and sugar levels to your liking
