Low Impact No Stress BALLET BARRE with Maria Khoreva

Today we're finally doing another ballet barre! This one is Intermediate level and for me it is perfectly suitable for going back to shape after a summer vacation. Music is recorded by the amazing pianist Galina Bezuglaya and the studio we were filming at is located in Burgas, Bulgaria.
