Strolling around Hangzhou Civic Center, which serves as a comprehensive service center integrating administrative offices, citizen service halls, libraries, and other public facilities in Qianjiang New City. The Hangzhou Municipal Government is also located here, inaugurated on October 1, 2016.
In late March, the weather experienced sudden showers and gusty winds, causing flowers to fall and leaves to turn green. However, in the final days of the month, the weather improved, capturing the spring scenery near the Civic Center. Due to its status as a new urban area, ample green spaces were incorporated into its design, making it reminiscent of a scenic spot.

在杭州市民中心漫步，市民中心是集行政办公、市民办证服务大厅、图书馆等公共设施于一体的综合服务中心，钱江新城中心建筑。杭州市政府也在其中，2016年10月1日启用。
3月下旬前几天雨疏风骤，雨打花落，开始绿肥红瘦，月末几日天气转好，记录下市民中心附近的春景。由于是新城，规划时留足了绿地，走在街面上跟景区也差不多。
