Ingredients
Cat Fish eggs
Blended Green seasoning (10 stems of fine thyme , 10 cloves of Garlic, 3 mari wirrie peppers, 2 broad leaf thyme, 4 heads of green onions)
2 onions finely chopped
1 tomato thinly sliced
6-8 ochro
2 cups of liquid (coconut milk mixed with water)
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp roasted ground geera/cumin
1 1/4 tbsp turmeric
2 tbsp Lala’s curry powder
2 eddoes cut into small pieces

Wash fish eggs with lime juice and water
Add to hot water and salt and set aside

In a bowl add geera, curry powder, turmeric and 6 tbsp green seasoning. Add 1/4 cup of water and mix well to a paste

In a pan add the oil to warm add curry paste and cook until it starts sticking to the pan.
Add 1/4 cup of water, chopped onions and 1 1/4 tsp salt, mix well
Add eddoes and cook for 2 minutes
Add tomato , ochro and coconut milk cook until eddoes are soft
Add fish eggs and cook on low heat until desire done
