Steamed Glutinous Rice Cake with mung bean filling is similar to Nom Bort and the different is we don't wrap it with banana leaves. The flavor of Mung bean filling is a little sweet and salty and Coconut Dipping Sauce is a little sweet and Salty too.
Ingredients:
Banana leaves used as pads
* The dough
3 Cups [390g] Glutinous rice flour
1 1/2 cups [375ml] Coconut Milk
3 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
Chopped Green Onion

* Mung bean fillings
1/2 cup [120g] Dried Mung beans
1/2 cup [120ml] Coconut Milk
3 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
Chopped Green Onion (Add more or less)

* Coconut Dipping Sauce
1 Cup [250ml] Coconut milk
2 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Tapioca starch
Chopped Green Onion (Add more or less)
