It's time to level up your brand. I'm going to help you complete a simple brand audit.

I use a brand audit for every new client. It allows me to see where they've been and where they want to go. It helps find inconsistencies in their brand. Think of it like a REGO. You'll have one every 12 months to make sure it still works.

For returning customers, consistency is vital. It builds trust and ensures your messages are not confusing. They expect the same service/experience each time.

You'll look at the following:
Brand position - your who, why, what, when, and how?
Brand experience - how do your customers perceive you? How do you want to be perceived?
Brand appearance - your logos, fonts, colour palettes, documents, and any other customer touchpoints.
