Korindo Aikido teaches 7 forms of Jō. Although the form has to be properly learned, it is neither the order of the forms, nor is it the form itself that matters. The 7 forms of Jō are practised to develop the mindset and the feeling of koshi-mawari. The forms are just a vehicle to support the correct body movement. The 7 forms of Jō do not simulate attack and defense.
The Jō forms are shown with tsugi ashi (0:13) and ayumi ashi (2:09).

Tsugi ashi:
0:18 - Jōdan
0:33 - Chūdan
0:48 - Gedan no uchi
0:59 - Chūdan osae ushiro zuki
1:15 - Kote giri sabaki
1:30 - Nage
1:47 - Suso barai

Ayumi ashi:
2:17 - Jōdan
2:27 - Chūdan
2:37 - Gedan no uchi
2:46 - Chūdan osae ushiro zuki
2:59 - Kote giri sabaki
3:11 - Nage
3:25 - Suso barai
