RIFFA Academy is the educational arm of the Regina International Film Festival and Awards Foundation.

The RIFFA Screenwriters Fellowship is a program offered by RIFFA Academy, an educational arm of the Regina International Film Festival and Awards Foundation. The fellowship provides emerging screenwriters with the tools and support needed to have their pitches developed for the best chances of success.

Our commitment is to work with three emerging writers on an annual basis to helping them achieve their goals and to formulate strategic steps to advance their feature-film script projects. With the RIFFA Screenwriters Fellowship, our writers can take their first steps towards creating award-winning scripts and making their mark in the world of screenwriting.
