DUI Arrest After Crash: Woman Found Passed Out Behind the Wheel

LOCATION: 4360 38th St

DETAILS:

Officers and Firefighters responded to a crash where the female driver was southbound on 38th St, and she crossed the street and hit a parked BMW.
She was found passed out in her car (a Honda).
Officers attempted to wake her, and they put spike strips both in front of her car and behind it.
When she woke up, she attempted to leave and struck one of the Police vehicles.
She was taken out of the vehicle and arrested for DUI.
There were no injuries.
